Rental Policy

For the purpose of this Rental Agreement:

  • Better Lounge/UU Sourcing Inc shall mean the Rental Company, its owners, officers, directors, and employees.
  • The Client hereby rents all equipment (hereinafter “Rental Equipment”) and purchases all services specifically listed in the Invoice accompanying this Agreement. The Client understands that if a service is not listed on that Invoice, then BETTER LOUNGE/UU SOURCING INC is not obligated to provide that service.
  • Customer(s) shall mean Rental Equipment users, Client, guests/visitors of Client, and their agents, contractors and/or employees.
  • Rental Agreement shall mean the itemized list of items contained in the quote or invoice to the Customer, who by virtue of having agreed the quote or invoice, and/or paid an deposit or in full, expresses his or her agreement with the contents of the Quote or Invoice.

1. INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS

Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage.

Customer agrees to hold Better Lounge/UU Sourcing Inc harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorneys’ fees and costs of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage of property, arising out of the use, maintenance– installation, operation, possession, ownership, or rental of the items rented, despite cause.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY

Customer is fully aware of and acknowledges that there is a risk of injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items contained in the Rental Agreement and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this Agreement and assume all of the aforementioned risks.

Customer agrees to release and discharge Better Lounge/UU Sourcing Inc from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury, death, or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Customer further agrees to waive, release and discharge any and all claims for injury, death, or damage against Better Lounge/UU Sourcing Inc, which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Client’s on site contact(s) must be present for the entire delivery window agreed. Extra delivery cost caused by Client will be billed separately by Better Lounge/UU Sourcing Inc.

4. CARE OF RENTED EQUIPMENT

Client is solely responsible for any damage to, theft of, or loss of any rental equipment whether in whole or in part. All equipment is checked and deemed to be working properly before shipment. If for any reason the equipment stops working, we are not obligated to provide any refund.

5. CANCELLATION

We understand that things change! Our cancellation policy is designed to provide as much flexibility as possible to accommodate the unique needs of the event marketing industry. In the event you do need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible in order to avoid any unnecessary fees. Please view the cancellation fee schedule below as the general rule.
